Shipping & Returns
Once the payment is clear, our warehouse will pack the items for you. The normal handling time is 2-3 business days. If you need an item urgently, please do contact us via email (email@example.com) or phone 0425239422 to arrange urgent delivery. Extra postage may apply for the express post. We will use ASUPOST or other courier company to deliver our items. Small to medium items can be delivered to a PO box while bulk items can only deliver to a street address.
REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
If an item is arrived broken or missing during transit, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can claim from AUSPOST or other logistics company. If the item is claimed after 24 hours, we are not responsible for the damage. In order to get a refund, we also require customers to complete a PM26 form at your local post office and send us an email with scanned PM26 form if the item is broken or missing.
FLAT SHIPPING RATE
Currently we only ship within Australia and the shipping rate is $10 for each order.
We accept free returns if the items have quality issue. Customers can return the items at their own expense if they change their mind. Our return address is as follows.
