If an item is arrived broken or missing during transit, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can claim from AUSPOST or other logistics company. If item is claimed after 24 hours, we are not responsible for the damage. In order to get refund, we also require customers to complete a PM26 form at local post office and send us an email with scanned PM26 form if item is broken or missing.
