Combine postage

Out of stock issue
Since we sell items at our warehouse and other online channels, some of the items' quantity may not match the actual stock and we may run out of stock sometimes. In this case, we will cancel the order and issue a refund, plus we provide 10% off for your next order. Refund and replacement policy

 

If an item is arrived broken or missing during transit, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can claim from AUSPOST or other logistics company. If item is claimed after 24 hours, we are not responsible for the damage. In order to get refund, we also require customers to complete a PM26 form at local post office and send us an email with scanned PM26 form if item is broken or missing.
